Standard alterations & repairs typically take 10 business days. The total time depends on how fast you accept a quote, pay, and ship the item. The actual repair time varies based on the scope of work and materials needed, which is always estimated in your quote and order confirmation. All steps along the journey will be communicated on your email and shipping is always tracked via Royal Mail.
